Dynamics NAV upgrades to Dynamics 365 Business Central, which is where its capabilities now live. We support upgrades from NAV 2013 through NAV 2018, carrying your customizations across as extensions and migrating your posting history and master data with integrity checks. Older NAV and Navision versions move through a staged upgrade path.
Yes. Dynamics GP to Business Central is the standard path, and with GP support ending December 31, 2029, moving now gives you a cleaner data cutover and years of runway. We map your chart of accounts and master data, migrate historical records with reconciliation, and validate finance and operations before go-live.
On-premise Dynamics CRM 2011, 2013, 2015, and 2016 all upgrade to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. We migrate your records and rebuild legacy customizations and workflows on Power Platform. Every on-premise CRM version has now passed its security end-of-support date, so the upgrade also closes a real security gap.
