Organizations such as Lenovo, G&J Pepsi, and others stand to benefit significantly from these advancements, with survey results indicating that 68% of Copilot users reported increased creativity and 70% experienced enhanced productivity. The newly customizable Microsoft Copilot Studio allows businesses to adapt Copilot features to their specific needs, effectively accelerating strategic initiatives and operational efficiency. Prices will rise across various products, with Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise increasing from $95 to $105 per user/month, Dynamics 365 Customer Service Enterprise rising from $95 to $105 per user/month, and Dynamics 365 Finance increasing from $180 to $210 per user/month.  

In addition, the cost for Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and Dynamics 365 Commerce will also rise from $180 to $210 per user/month, while Dynamics 365 Human Resources will see an increase from $120 to $135 per user/month. These adjustments apply globally to both new and existing customers during their renewal periods, with on-premises versions following suit. 

U.S. government customers will see a 10% price increase in 2024, with another adjustment in 2025 to align with commercial pricing. To prepare, organizations should review their licensing, explore cost-saving opportunities, and negotiate renewal terms before the increase takes effect. This update underscores Microsoft’s commitment to continuously improving Dynamics 365, providing users with enhanced tools for productivity and streamlined operations. 

Key features include AI-generated knowledge articles, simplifying content creation, and proactive responses.  

Lenovo’s Premier Support Suite showcased the scalability of these tools, supporting omnichannel service in 40+ languages across 200 regions. 

G&J Pepsi, the largest Pepsi franchise bottler in the U.S., has seen a 6.6% reduction in operating costs and an 8% revenue increase through Dynamics 365 Field Service and Sales. They expect further gains with Copilot’s real-time insights into work order management. 

During a recent launch event, Microsoft highlighted Ford's use of Copilot to improve connected vehicle services, showcasing the transformative potential of these tools across various industries. The new features in Microsoft Power Automate allow users to create cloud flows, desktop flows, and conduct process mining using natural language prompts, significantly streamlining development processes. 

 More than 230,000 organizations have adopted Microsoft Power Platform's AI capabilities. Statistics indicate that users of Copilot in Power Apps can build applications 80% faster and achieve a 60% higher success rate compared to those who do not utilize these features. Furthermore, makers report 65% greater satisfaction with their app development experience when employing Copilot.
