Overview
A machinery manufacturer required a system which would manage internal project bids, project progress and help in setting milestones and tracking team progress. Nalashaa delivered a SharePoint solution which met the requirements in an on-premise mode.
Client Requirement
The bid management process required inputs from another ERP system which was not accessible. An excel format input having over 1000 rows/input was used each time resulting in a system overload for the on-premise entity.
Solutions
Nalashaa implemented the system by employing web services and batch upload processes to allow the data to be input into the system. Quick project dashboards, filtered views, team updates and milestone updates were available within the application. The bidding process was also managed through the SharePoint system.
