Professional ($65) – For the complete CRM user who needs sales process automation, customer care as well as marketing modules integrated into his system. Basic ($30) – For Sales, service and marketing users who need to track and manage leads, contacts, and also business reporting functionalities. This offers the core features of a modern CRM system. This means that you are getting the current CRM Online features at $14 less compared to the current $44 monthly rate. Essential ($15) – For those users who only need to access custom in house applications or those applications developed by our vast network of partners.
