Ashwani Jasti-AJ

Founder/CEO Nalashaa Group

AJ Started Nalashaa Group in Year 2012. Prior to that AJ worked as CEO of CAMO Software for 3 Years and President of CAMO Technologies for 7 Years. Prior to CAMO, AJ was owner/founder of BIT Tech Inc. which was acquired by CAMO Group in Year 2001.

AJ received his Bachelor’s Degree as Metallurgical Engineer from Andhra University, Vizag, India in 1992 and Masters in Computer Sciences from Lehman College, CUNY in 1996.

AJ lives in Central New Jersey along with his wife, two children and one dog. AJ is an avid reader, music lover and basketball fan as well as an active member of local community.

Amit Manral

VP-Sales

Amit has been with Nalashaa Group since Year 2016 and leads the Sales, Pre-Sales efforts for the Nalashaa Group. Starting his career as Engineer, Amit has traversed across Sales, Business Development and Marketing roles, focusing on US healthcare space over 16 years. His experience spans across organizations like Oracle, Software AG, Atos (Syntel, Anthelio) and HealthAsyst Prior to Nalashaa.

Amit received his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and then Masters in Business Administration (PGDM) from S P Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai.

In his 'me time' Amit loves to explore the world travelling (preferably on two wheels), running through bookshelves, exploiting Netflix/PS subscription and applying creativity to terrace gardening.

Sunil JP

Director - Operations, D365 Practice

JP has been with Nalashaa Group since 2012 and now leads the operations for the Dynamics 365 Business Unit.

As the Director of Operations, his focus is primarily on building key Partnerships for the Dynamics 365 Business Unit of Nalashaa and also on executing the organization’s vision for Strategic and Financial Growth.

JP is a Dynamics 365 enthusiast who started working on it since its version 4.0. He has closely watched the platform evolve into the modern-day Digital Transformation Platform that it is today. JP is obsessed with solving business challenges for our clients by digitally transforming the way they do business across Healthcare, Manufacturing, BFSI, Education and other industries. Before joining Nalashaa, JP played successful stints in new Business Development at LeadSquared and WNS Global Services.

JP holds a Bachelors in Computer Science from Mahatma Gandhi University.

Murali Narayanan

Director-Delivery MS Dynamics

Murali joined Nalashaa Group in early 2014, Currently Murali is responsible for Delivery of MS-Dynamics BU. Murali leads an excellent team of experienced Dynamics 365 professionals for Nalashaa Group. Murali has an over 20 years in the technology and services industry. Murali has built and led several software development and ERP practices over his 2 decades in the industry. He works with his team to architect, build and deliver on best-in-class cloud product services. His experience spans across enterprise software development, mobile application development, enterprise cloud products, architecture, deliveries and pre-sales.

Murali holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce from Calicut University, Kerala. He lives with his wife and 2 kids in Bangalore also colloquially called “Namma Bengaluru”.

Nalini Parsram

VP-Key Accounts Mgmt

Nalini Parsram has been with Nalashaa and Nalashaa’s predecessor companies since 2000 in varied roles. Currently, Nalini Parsram in her role as Vice President- Account Management is responsible for maintaining Key Client Relationships along with Onboarding of new clients.

Prior to joining Nalashaa Group, she has successfully managed Retail operations and Real Estate holdings of privately owned family business for over five years.

Nalini started her career as an Elementary school teacher, teaching in the Chicago Public School System. Born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Nalini moved to the United States with her family when she was 9 years old. She grew up in Lincolnwood, Illinois and earned a Bachelor’s degree from Loyola University in Early Childhood Education with minors in Psychology and Woman’s Studies.

Nagendra Prasad

VP-Operations

Prasad started his journey with Nalashaa Group since its inception and leads the operation teams. He is a geek with over 22 years of expertise and experience in technology, healthcare, human resource and finance.

He started his career in 1999 as a developer, built enterprise systems for staffing, employee benefits & insurance. In his early career, he has worked with NorthgateArinso, Convergys, TeamLease and other Fortune 500 companies and startups in various roles. Prasad understands domain and technology well, and works with his team to deliver solutions by building customer centric services and solutions.

He received Masters in Business Administration and Bachelor in Computer Applications. When out of office he enjoys driving, reading and indulging in pottery. He is also very keen and curious about astronomy and physics.

Kalpesh Radadiya

Associate Director – Digital Marketing

Kalpesh embarked on an entrepreneurial journey in 2006, chasing his calling to excel in retail. Earning first-hand experience in running and growing the business, he looked to leverage that experience to carve greater successes, through digital marketing, helping businesses scale.

In 2017, Kalpesh joined Nalashaa and transformed marketing initiatives for different business verticals. He continues to play that role across all businesses under the Nalashaa group today.

Kalpesh graduated with an MBA degree from the Bangalore University in 2012. He lives with his parents, wife and son – Bryan in Bangalore, the silicon valley of India.

When he isn't devising tactics and strategies in digital marketing, Kalpesh plays the family-man, for recreation and getting the community together. Horse-riding, swimming and farming are his all-time favourite pastimes.
